Dear Customer, we are hereby providing the full privacy policy for the protection of personal data as required by law.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the so-called. Privacy CodeELCA S.r.l., with registered office in Pescara (65128), in Via Tiburtina 144, VAT No. and Tax Code 00907300685, as owner of the online shop ElettroWebStore, provides the information regarding the processing of personal data.

This information applies to personal data provided in all communications and transactions with ElettroWebStore online shops.

This data protection notice covers the personal data communicated when signing the contract and/or concluding the online transaction. It also covers any data disclosed in the course of the relationship and in connection with the contract.

ELCA S.r.l. subjects the Customer's personal data to all the processing operations identified by Legislative Decree 196/03. These operations include:

  • processing,
  • modification,
  • selection,
  • extraction,
  • comparison,
  • use,
  • interconnection
  • any other operation useful for the provision of the services requested from us,
  • communication to third parties where this is necessary for the execution of the agreement

The data provided are processed mainly by automated and computerised means. This data may also be organised in databases or archives.

The Customer may access his/her data at any time and exercise his/her rights under Article 7, Legislative Decree 196/03, by contacting ElettroWebStore directly.

Purposes for which the processing of customer data is necessary

The personal data provided may be acquired from third parties (by way of example but not limited to portals such as Amazon, Ebay, Paypal, etc.).

Personal data will be processed by ELCA S.r.l. for the purpose of being able to execute the sales contract, also through the communication of the same to third parties. This will be done when necessary for the successful conclusion of transactions (for example, couriers and carriers).

In particular, the purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:

  • provide the envisaged products and services;
  • verify the quality of the services offered, including by offering after-sales services;
  • take care of any accounting and tax obligations;
  • tracing perpetrators only in the event of specific requests by the competent authorities.

ELCA S.r.l. may acquire directly or through third party companies information on the degree of reliability and punctuality of payments. Public archives or registers (e.g.: prejudicial inscriptions and protests) and credit information systems (e.g.: financing reports) will be used.

ELCA S.r.l. may consult data already acquired in connection with contracts already concluded with our company.

In this context, summary judgements (scores) may be processed and/or acquired on the basis of public data and/or credit information. This information will be retained by ELCA S.r.l. for the time necessary to complete the contract and for the management of any requests for access to personal data.

Personal data may be processed by ELCA S.r.l. in order to assert or defend a right in court.

They may also be processed in order to comply with obligations laid down by laws, regulations or EU legislation and by provisions of the supervisory authorities in the sector.

The provision of your data is necessary for the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes.

Failure, partial or incorrect provision of personal data may result in the inability to conclude the requested transactions.

Methods and logic of data processing

The data will be processed manually (e.g. on paper) and/or by means of computerised and telematic tools. It will be carried out with organisation and processing logics correlated to the purposes indicated above.

It will, however, be done in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data and communications in relation to their sensitivity.

The Data Controller of your personal data is ELCA S.r.l., with registered office in Via Tiburtina n.144 - 65128 Pescara (PE). The Data Processor is ELCA S.r.l.

Your personal data will be processed by employees in the Customer Care, Commercial, Marketing, Invoicing and Technical/Operational Functions, as well as by telephone operators for customer care, information, advertising, promotion and sales services.

Right of access to personal data and other rights pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code

The customer has the right to access his data at any time and to exercise the other rights provided for in Article 7 of the Privacy Code.

In particular, ELCA S.r.l. informs that the Customer has the right to:

  • know of the existence of data processing concerning him.
  • be informed of the contact details of the data controller and data processor.
  • obtain from the data controller: confirmation of the existence of personal data, their communication and origin, as well as the logic and purposes of the processing.
  • obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law.
  • obtain the updating, rectification and supplementation of data.
  • obtain certification that the operations referred to in the preceding point have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated and/or disseminated.
  • object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing.
  • object, in whole or in part, to processing for purposes of commercial information or for the performance of market research or commercial communication and the like.
