Tinned cast-iron mincers are the cheapest and best value for money. They come in various sizes. Starting with the manual mincer No. 5, No. 8 and No. 10, which are equipped with a cast-iron and steel clamp to anchor to the worktop. The largest are the No. 12, No. 22 and No. 32, which, on the other hand, are equipped with a base with feet to be nailed to the worktop.

Stainless steel mincers are much more refined and expensive. They are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and are equipped with a steel plate and knife that will not rust.
