Bottle-filling and capping presses

I squeezing presses are ideal for obtaining infusions and essences from the pressing of foodstuffs. The presses featured here are food contact certificates.

The presses have a round plate linked by a robust worm gear. At the top there is a three-spoke handle for easy squeezing and releasing. The press is equipped with two pots, one perforated and one with a spout, for spilling the squeezed liquid.

Le bottle filler are food-contact plastic bowls with a valve at the bottom. By inserting the cannula into a bottle, with a simple pressure, the valve opens and lets out the contents of the bowl.

Le column capping machines are used for capping bottles to apply the crown cap. They are equipped with a removable mandrel. For each type of crown cap, a different mandrel diameter must be applied. By lowering the column (equipped with a worm screw), the bottle is capped.
