B.GEAR ATOX 680 is a semi-synthetic oil for the lubrication of gears and equipment mechanisms in the food industry. Due to its viscosity, it is specifically designed to reduce the noise of metal and plastic gears in motors. In addition, it is designed for be non-toxic in the event of accidental contact with foodstuffs.

The oil in the bottle is ideal for gear motors that are used for foodstuffs. In fact it guarantees high lubrication performancedue to its high viscosity. Moreover, should it accidentally come into contact with food, it is not dangerous. Furthermore, this oil has specific properties that reduce the noise typical of internal engine gears.

Can be used with all REBER motors but also with engines of other makes.

The bottle contains about 850 grams of oil. Motor and gearbox lubricating oil bottle 850 grams can be used for topping up (10 grams or a little more) or for full replacement (80/100 grams, but depends on the type of motor).

Do not overuse because the machines do not need an excessive amount of oil. Therefore, if you proceed with a full replacement by opening the front engine cover, make sure that you have removed all the previous oil. If, on the other hand, you are only topping up, unscrew the upper engine cap (red or black) and allow the oil to pour in.

If you open the front engine flange cover, we always recommend changing the outer oil seal and also the flange gasket. Indeed, with heat and work these rubber seals lose their properties and tend to stick to the mounts. Once opened, therefore, it is advisable to replace them.
