Information on cooking with gas barbecues
The main and immediate difference that immediately appears in everyone's eyes between a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue is the ignition speed. In fact, whereas with charcoal barbecues it is necessary to wait many minutes for the embers to reach the correct temperature, with a gas barbecue heating is achieved almost immediately. Although gas barbecues are usually supplied with ignition kits designed for LPG, it is possible to replace the nozzle with one suitable for methane (which is more volatile) to be able to use your barbecue even with home gas!

Obviously, it will be necessary to turn the food often to allow it to cook integrally and not burn.
