It is made of pure aluminium, with high-quality spray painting, reinforced with stone minerals to ensure high strength.

The iron base, perfectly integrated in the lower aluminium sheet, guarantees that it can also be used on induction ovens.

Technical specifications of Flonal Dura induction pan 1 handle

The one-handled pans of Flonal's Dura line are characterised by the high thickness of the aluminium used, 4 millimetres. The main diameters are available in the range, from 24 cm to 32 cm. The height of the side edges is high to ensure a large capacity for all formats, ranging from 7 cm to 9 cm.

Dura Induction is compatible with all hobsincluding induction. Moreover, it is a technologically advanced product! In fact, Flonal manages to apply the magnetic bottom during the forging operation itself. This optimisation therefore of the production process allows significantly reduce costs compared to other induction lines of a similar quality level.
