The Italian Monolith two-handle casserole is forged with an aluminium 6 mm thick and a high-quality non-stick coating with stone effect. This guarantees excellent cooking performance and high resistance even to contact with metal utensils.

The side edge has a variable height, as shown below:

• diameter 20 cm: height 9.5 cm
• diameter 24 cm: height 11.5 cm
• diameter 28 cm: height 13.5 cm
