IMPERIA simplex cuts for pasta machines are made entirely of chrome-plated steel suitable for food contact.

Each of them contains within it all the features to be able to make a precise and quality cut, with abundant use of high-grade steel. In fact, this type of item, compared to other imported ones, is very heavy.

Additional cuts for Imperia pasta machines come in two categories: Simplex and Duplex. Simplex cuts are single cuts; i.e. the accessory is designed to make only one type of pasta cut (e.g. guitar pasta only). The Duplex cut, on the other hand, is designed to enclose within it two types of cuts

Also available is the Imperia Pasta Facile motor, which allows the machine to be used without the aid of a hand crank.
