Imperia Simplex Restaurant die-cuts for professional dough sheeters are single-cut (simplex) accessories. These are accessories applicable to Imperia professional pasta machines Restaurants that, basically, only make puff pastry and are not equipped with a cutter.
These dies make it possible to cut the 21 cm sheet made with the Imperia Restaurant machine (all versions).
This product is only applicable to Imperia Restaurant codes 010, 035, 036, 045 and 046. Contact us in case of doubt.
They are applied in the appropriate places in Imperia Restaurant machines. They are not compatible with domestic machines.

- Important note: the drive pin is not included with the Imperia Simplex Restaurant die-cast. The pin can be found in the packaging of the Imperia restaurant pasta machine. The photo is only an example of how it should be used.

Attention!!! Simplex Restaurant dies are completely different from those for the traditional Imperia machine and are not compatible. In fact, they are two completely different products!
