Pasta-cutting guitar handcrafted beech wood macaroni guitar noodle maker for making noodles and spaghetti. E' consisting of steel wires stretched, parallel to each other, over a beech wood frame. Pressing the sheet of pasta onto the strings of the chitarra with a rolling pin produces spaghetti or tagliatelle with a square cross-section, therefore called spaghetti or tagliatelle alla chitarra, which are particularly suitable for meat sauces.

Production techniques

Furthermore, to prevent ropes may break during shipment, they are pulled in a limited manner. If, however, the user finds that the strings are a little 'loose' or notices a loosening due to use, he can simply pull the strings taut by using a Phillips screwdriver and inserting it into the two steel rods. In fact, by turning the two tie rods a little, you can tension the strings to the desired level.
