- special bronzed dies. Bronze dies allow a rougher and more consistent dough to be obtained. Special dies take longer to deliver and cannot be purchased together with the machine in the first purchase.
- special PTFE dies. These are resin dies specifically for extrusion and food contact. They produce a brighter and more transparent paste than bronze dies.
- Bronzed pasta sheet dies. If you want to make the puff pastry with the Dolly pasta machine, you can purchase the specific dies, which allow you to obtain the 100 mm and 170 mm puff pastry
- Penne die with an oblique cut. This is a special die for making pasta in the classic penne shape. The oblique cut at the ends is made with a special die to be purchased separately.
