Description

The Reber Family Deluxe 9701 N vacuum-packing machine is ideal for extending family food storage times. In fact, it is equipped with a solid white hard plastic frame that enhances its strength and design. In this way, its durability is preserved.

The grey satin-finished Family is very easy to use. Simply place the end of the embossed vacuum bag inside the suction chamber, bordered by the black seals when the lid is open. Then the lid is closed over the bag, exerting light pressure on it with the hand. The electromechanical button with green profile is then pressed and the machine starts automatically.

Immediately the machine will start to suck the air out of the bag. The progress of the operation is indicated by the movement of the vacuum gauge hand, located in the top right-hand corner. The professional vacuum gauge shows the vacuum level achieved in the suction chamber. This machine is equipped with a very powerful -900 millibar vacuum pump, capable of sucking in an impressive 18 litres per minute. The pump is therefore very powerful and sized for optimal operation in the home!

At the end of the vacuum cycle, the machine will automatically seal the inserted vacuum bag. Then, again automatically, the machine will release the lid and the sealed bag can be removed, thanks to the fact that this product is also equipped with solenoid valve for lid release.

This model is also equipped with electronic board which allows the welding power to be adjusted. This is adjustable from a 'less powerful' to a 'more powerful' level. The choice is made on the basis of the thickness of the bags used by following the instructions in the instruction booklet in the package.

As a result, the reduction in welding power speeds up the vacuum and suction cycle. This allows you to work for longer.

The machine can operate continuously (follow instructions). It is also equipped with internal electronic board which offers the possibility of operating in automatic and manual modes.

Advantages of using the REBER FAMILY DE LUXE grey vacuum machine 9701N by hand

The Reber Family Deluxe food vacuum packaging machine is programmed at the factory to be operated in automatic mode. Nevertheless, it can be reset for manual operation.

Manual operation means that the operator must hold down the green button until the desired vacuum level is reached and then press the red button to start welding.

But is it better to use the vacuum machine in manual mode? The answer is YES, in certain situations. These are situations in which the contents of the bag must be preserved from crushing or when the food placed inside is particularly tender or rich in liquids. In these cases, the operator can assess the progress of the procedure 'on sight', deciding when to terminate the cycle and seal.

Another case in which it may be useful to use the manual procedure is when using thicker vacuum bags. In this case, the increased thickness of the vacuum bag may require manual adjustment of the suction and sealing, so as not to reprogram the electronic board.

 

How to use vacuum rolls?

They must first be welded on one side and then used as if they were a bag. The most practical are the Royal Pack vacuum rollsavailable in various sizes (15 cm, 20 cm and 30 cm openings and 6 m length).

In this case, you must first insert the end of the roll to be sealed into the Reber Family De Lux 9701N vacuum sealing machine, close the lid, taking care to position the end to be sealed firmly on the sealing bar. Now press the button with the red outline to start the machine in seal-only mode.

After a few seconds, one end of the roll will be sealed and can be used as a real pre-formed vacuum bag.

 

Can the circuit board lose its factory programming configuration?

This situation can occur when the machine is not used for long periods or, more often, when the two electromechanical buttons green and red are pressed simultaneously in a certain sequence by accident.

Can the sealing bar lose its effectiveness over time?

Yes, this can happen when the machine is used for a long time. It is a natural situation, as the sealing bar is equipped with an electrical resistance that heats up at high temperatures. Over time, it can therefore lose its effectiveness.

There are two very practical solutions that can be implemented in the event that the supplied sealing bar no longer works properly. The first is to reprogramming the machine's electronic board with a longer welding time. In fact, if the sealing bar loses impact (is getting damaged but is still partially functional), extending the sealing cycle time can still achieve good results for a while longer. Before extending the sealing cycle time of your vacuum machine, we always recommend that you reset the Reber Family De Lux 9701N vacuum machine to its factory setting. This is because even the welding times could over time be accidentally 'unprogrammed'. Therefore, it is often sufficient to restore the machine to factory conditions in order to use it again.

Instructions for use

The REBER FAMILY DE LUXE grey satin-finished automatic vacuum packing machine 9701N is extremely powerful. To use it, follow these simple instructions:

• place the food in the bag, leaving at least 7-10 centimetres of empty space between the opening and the food
• place the open part of the bag in the vacuum chamber, marked by the black seals
• close the vacuum chamber by dropping the Family 9701N vacuum machine lid onto the bag
• Operate the machine with the green button (in case of manual operation, press and hold the button)
• exert light pressure, especially in the initial phase, on the lid of the REBER FAMILY DE LUXE 9701N vacuum machine
• wait for the machine to finish the suction and welding process
• do not force the lid to reopen. The REBER FAMILY DE LUXE grey satin-finished automatic vacuum packing machine 9701N is equipped with a solenoid valve for automatic lid release at the end of the suction and sealing cycle
• In the case of using a very large and long bag and, more generally, to facilitate the vacuuming of the machine, as soon as the vacuum procedure has started it may be useful to raise the bottom of the bag a few centimetres. In this way, by aligning it with the level of the machine, the vacuum process will be smoother.
