Reber kneader accessory kg 1.6 optional for No. 5 motors with the large flange. This is the accessory to be applied to the REBER gear motors and allows all types of dough: pasta, bread, pizza, cakes. This accessory is manufactured in Italy and is characterised by a excellent value for money.

Reber kneading accessory kg 1.6 optional is available in two versions: one dedicated to the Reber gear motor No. 3 hp 400 watt (8310N Kneader Kg. 1.6 Optional No. 3) and one dedicated to the Reber No. 5 hp geared motor 500/600/1200 watt (8300N Kneader Kg. 1.6 Optional No. 5). All you have to do is select the kneading machine option compatible with the gearmotor you have via the drop-down menu to proceed with the purchase.

Product Installation Reber kneading machine KG. 1.6 Optional
Install the product on a flat surface that takes the dimensions of the appliance into account. In addition, the surface must be level, smooth, dry, sturdy, and approx. 80 cm above the ground, and with sufficient space around it for operation and maintenance.
For its operation, the device must be connected to a power outlet that remains permanently easily accessible during use.
Standard environmental conditions of use are a minimum temperature of +10° and a maximum of + 38°, minimum humidity 30% and maximum humidity 80%.
Instructions for use REBER Kneader KG. 1.6 Optional
Here are the instructions for using the REBER Kneader KG. 1.6 Optional once mounted on the Reber geared motor in your possession:
- Turn the cover anti-clockwise and remove it from its housing;
- fill the container according to the recommended dosage and method;
- insert flour first and then liquids
- place the cover on the appropriate slots (the cover has only one possible position for correct attachment and it must be rotated until the correct slot is reached) and turn it clockwise as far as it will go to allow the machine to start;
- start the machine by pressing the engine start switch
- During work, if necessary, liquid or flour can be added via the slits in the lid without stopping the machine;
- after about 2.5 to 3 minutes, check that the dough obtained has the desired consistency and then switch off the machine, turn anti-clockwise and remove the lid and take out the dough.
If the recommended doses have been followed, the dough must detach easily from the kneading arm and the container must be clean and free of flour residues.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The lid and container are made of food-contact plastic and can be washed in a dishwasher. Overly aggressive detergents and high temperatures can damage the aesthetics of the product without affecting its technical characteristics.
Furthermore, the kneading arm is made of cast AISI 316 steel and can be washed in a dishwasher, bearing in mind that overly aggressive detergents and high temperatures can damage the product's aesthetics without altering its technical characteristics.
When you have finished working and using the machine, unplug it from the power socket and put it away.
In compliance with hygiene regulations, all parts that come into contact with foodstuffs are totally and easily removable with the spanner provided, so that they can be easily cleaned. In addition, the demountable parts that come into contact with food are isolated from the electrical apparatus.
After each use, wash with warm water and mild detergents and dry thoroughly.
Do not use water jets on the electric motor and do not use brushes, which could deteriorate the surfaces of the machine cover.
Clean the motor cover with a damp cloth using mild detergents to avoid damaging the surfaces. In any case, do not wash the electric motor or immerse it in liquid solutions.
