Description of Reber optional pasta press accessory

Reber optional pasta press accessory is applicable on all Reber brand gearmotors.

You must choose the accessory compatible with the engine in your possession. In particular:

• No. 3 for 400/450 W (0.30 HP) gearmotors, with small flange
• No. 5 for geared motors with wattage 500W (HP 0.40), 600W (HP 0.80), 1200W (HP 1.50), with large flange.

This option has an aluminium body suitable for food contact, while the propeller and dies are made of high-strength acetal resin (over 220 °C), also suitable for food use. The equipment is completed by a practical pestle.

The 12 supplied dies allow you to extrude the following pasta formats:

• passatelli/pici,
• pappardelle,
• noodles,
• spaghetti,
• macaroni (plain and striped),
• maccheroncini (plain and striped),
• noodles,
• medium noodles,
• bucatini,
• spaghetti alla chitarra.
