Description

The Reber Professional 30 vacuum packing machine is equipped with a 32 cm sealing bar that allows the use of vacuum bags with a traditional mouth. In fact, it is ideal for those working environments where a powerful, liquid-protection filtered, professional-quality vacuum machine with standard-sized vacuum bags up to 30 centimetres wide is required.

This is why the 9709NELF is made entirely of stainless steel. The stainless steel frame allows for a high level of cleanliness after use, complying with all the criteria required by industry regulations on the healthiness of food handling environments.

Another special feature of the Reber Professional 30 vacuum machine is the presence of external suction filterfactory-mounted. It is characterised by the presence of a filter applied to the side of the vacuum machine and installed on the suction circuit. The filter container is made of particularly rigid transparent plastic to resist shocks. The purpose of the filter is twofold: firstly, it allows any liquids that would otherwise end up in the suction pump to be intercepted; secondly, it allows the operator to notice that the machine is sucking in liquid.

In fact, the presence of the filter is useful precisely to interrupt the suction cycle and dry the contents of the bag. External suction machines cannot suck in liquids and cannot vacuum-pack particularly moist or high-liquid contents. In fact, the presence of the liquid suction filter does not prevent the machine from sucking in liquid. It is therefore important to dry the food well before vacuuming it. However, it is important to prevent liquids from filling the filter and going into the pump.

This model NOT equipped with a potentiometer. The sealing power of the bags is automatically adjusted by the machine; it can however be changed by electronic programming (follow instructions).

With bags Royal Pack The sealing power can be left at the factory setting. With less thick bags, the sealing power can be set to lower levels.
