Reber three gear set nylon and carbon fibre 1020SERPL allows the replacement of the aluminium gears, included in Reber's 500 and 600 watt gear motors, with less noisy nylon gears with carbon fibre reinforcement.

This is an easy-to-install kit, to be purchased when the old gears need to be replaced because the engine is losing steam or has become too noisy. In fact, this happens when gear teeth break, which, in addition to the noise, results in a loss of engine speed and power transmission. This kit contains 3 gears: the medium and large gears are made of nylon and carbon fibre, while the small gear is made of aluminium.

ATTENTION! This 3-gear kit is specifically for Reber No. 5 500 and 600 Watt gearmotors only. It is not recommended for use with 1200 Watt gearmotors and is NOT compatible with No. 3 400/450 Watt gearmotors.

Once assembled, these gears must be well oiled to prevent them from being damaged in rotation and to reduce noise and prevent them from rusting. For this you can purchase thesuitable oil available on our site.
