This squeezing press is equipped with a steel plate connected to a screw and a three-armed lever that allows excellent pressure on the food to be squeezed. Inside, there are two baskets: one perforated and one full with a spout. In this way, you can collect the juice waste in the perforated basket while the outer basket, thanks to the practical spout, allows you to collect the essence obtained in a container.

The preheating disc and baskets (inside and outside) are made of AISI 430 steel suitable for contact with foodstuffs. The structure is made of galvanised iron and painted with paints suitable for contact with foodstuffs.
