Stainless steel adapter old Imperia Restaurant sheeter new Simplex sheeter
Stainless steel adaptor old Imperia Restaurant sheeter new Simplex sheeter thought to use the old sheeters with the new dies. In fact, as of 2018, IMPERIA no longer sells Simplex Restaurant cutters compatible with the machines sold until then. Therefore, anyone who owns an old sheeter and needs a new cutter will not be able to install them because the new ones are not compatible with the old machines.
Attention: this advertisement only deals with the adapter. Neither Simplex dies nor Imperia sheeters are purchased with this advertisement.
In this insertion we propose the new AISI 304 stainless steel adapter suitable for contact with foodstuffs, applicable to the old Imperia Restaurant Elettrica and Elettronica dough sheeters on the market up to 2018 and to the new Simplex Restaurant dies model 2019. This accessory allows you to use the new model Simplex Restaurant accessories with the Imperia Restaurant electric mod. 032 and electronic mod. 042 machines manufactured before 2019.
How do I apply the adapter on offer?
The adapter offered in this advertisement is very easy to apply. In fact, all you need to do is first attach the adapter to the Simplex die, as shown in the image below. Then, when the two elements are firmly attached to each other, simply insert the other end of the adapter into the slot into which the old type Simplex dies are inserted.
The adapter can then be disassembled and also used with other dies of the new type without any problems.
The new Imperia Restaurant dough sheeters 2018 version
Indeed at the end of 2018 Imperia carried out a complete restyling of the electrical and electronic machinescreating two new codes:
- 035 Imperia Restaurant ELECTRIC dough sheeter model 2018
- 045 Imperia Restaurant ELECTRONIC dough sheeter model 2018
The fundamental difference with the old model is that the simplex cutter no longer engages at the rear of the machine but at the side.
To transmit motion to the die, therefore, the blue transmission kit with two pins that fit into the machine and simplex respectively is no longer necessary! There is only one pin, supplied with the new machines, which makes the cutter engage laterally, for much more convenient dough production than before.
But what are the differences between the new IMPERIA model new Restaurant pasta machine electric sheeter 035 and electronics 045 and its predecessors?
The manufacturer IMPERIA has radically changed the way this machine transfers motion to the dies. In practice, the operation of the sheeter is still the same. Only the way in which the Simplex Restaurant cuts are applied to the sheeter to operate electrically changes.
In fact, as you can see from the photos, the dies Simplex Restaurant of the new model are applied laterally via a pin and bayonet joint. The machine simultaneously moves the sheeter rollers and the draw rollers sideways.
Consequently, this type of machine can only mount and operate electrically the dies Imperia Simplex Restaurant 2019 of a new generation.
Can I use the 'old' dies with the new machine?
No, or at least not exactly. The previous generation dies can always be used, even with this machine. In fact, they can be attached to this machine in exactly the same way as the previous ones. Unfortunately, however, as things stand, the older Imperia Simplex Restaurant cuts cannot be used electrically, but only with the supplied crank handle.
ElettroWebStore has the necessary cranks to be able to use the old dies. In addition, a component should soon be available that will also allow the old dies to be adapted to the new 2019 edition Restaurant machine. In case of need, please contact us before purchasing for further explanations.
Can I buy a simplex die of the new type and use it on the old electric or electronic machine?
Sure, using the AISI 304 stainless steel adapter we sell. This is basically a spacer made of AISI 304 stainless steel that can come into contact with foodstuffs and which allows the transmission to fit perfectly with the new simplex sheeter. With this piece, in fact, the new simplex restaurants are compatible with the old sheeter because the dimensions and appropriate operating distances are respected. The piece is made of solid steel, among other things with a special counter support frame to better tolerate vibrations.
Without the adapter, it would no longer be possible to attach the blue transmission kit to the simplex to make it work electrically. This happens because the recess to accommodate the transmission pin has been moved in the new cuts.
Our adapter fits in the middle between the machine and the simplex cutter, providing the necessary and perfect distance to make your old Imperia machine work with a new cutter you wish to purchase!
This way you can continue to use your old machine and buy as many new cuts as you wish to produce all the types of pasta Imperia has to offer. The adapter is also made of steel like the Imperia machine, so there are no problems in case of contact with food and for easy cleaning. Once you have finished using it, it disassembles easily and can be stored in the same box as the machine.
