Two-year warranty on every product purchased by ElettroWebStore if the purchaser is an end consumer.
All warranty terms below are offered in compliance with the Consumer Code ("Title III, Legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantees for consumer goods"), Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005Art. 128 et seq.
It is a final consumer those who purchase a product for their own personal use and outside their business activity.
Usually, purchases for professional use are considered to be purchases made by issuing a commercial invoice to a VAT taxable person. In this case, the warranty period is reduced to one year.
To benefit from the two-year warranty on any purchased product, therefore, you must be a consumer customer, as stated above.
The customer is obliged to print out the data relating to the transaction performed, if no commercial invoice is requested.
Through external services ElettroWebStore can offer on certain products theextension of the legal guarantee. In such cases, it is important to read carefully how the extended warranty service is offered.
Normally, the extended warranty service provided is purchased separately and consists of an additional insurance service against damage resulting from the failure of the product beyond the two-year period after purchase.

How to use products correctly and avoid problems
Many inconveniences for consumers can be avoided by correctly reading the manufacturer's instructions for using the products purchased. In fact, the majority of products for sale on ElettroWebStore come with an instruction manual in Italian written by the manufacturer of the item.
If this information is not available, the customer may activate a support ticket by accessing the reserved area of the site (by entering a user name and password) or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
In response to the request received by e-mail, the ElettroWebStore team will try to interact with the customer in order to provide the first assistance necessary to solve the problem.
Provision of technical support services during the two-year warranty period for each product purchased
As described, every new product sold by ElettroWebStore enjoys a two-year warranty.
In the event that the problem cannot be solved in the manner described above, information will be provided on how to obtain technical assistance from specialised personnel. In this case, there are two possibilities:
- The Customer shall be notified of the name and address of the nearest authorised technical assistance centre. The Customer shall repack the product in its original packaging and go to the indicated CAT to request assistance;
- An internal RMA is opened in order to return the defective item to ElettroWebStore for repair under warranty.
At ElettroWebStore's discretion, the product may be replaced with a new one or repaired in a workmanlike manner if the replacement is too costly for the Seller.
ATTENTIONguarantee is often exercised in collaboration with the technical service centres authorised by the manufacturers of the articles. It is, therefore, a collaborative activity in which the customer's role is fundamental for a correct, rapid and definitive resolution of the problem.
ElettroWebStore, for its part, endeavours to provide the highest level of customer support and service in order to resolve any problems that may arise when using the products purchased from us.
